Meet Our Departments

Joe is a second generation Car Entrepreneur, learning the business from his father. As a young boy Joe spent time at the dealership and after graduating high school in 1964 he started working full time. He fell in love with the car industry and In 1988, he bought the Chevrolet point in Whitehall, and opened Ross Chevrolet. Him and his wife now live and reside in Vermont where they have Morgan Horses.

Constance was a Fourth Grade Teacher at Greenwich Public School. She also owned a gas station/carwash, liquor store and a clothing store. Constance and her husband Joe purchased this business in 1988. She came to help out for a few days and has never left. She loves traveling to Maine, being outdoors, cooking for her family and spending time with her grandchildren and great grandson.

Erik is third generation in the business and started working with his father when he was only 14 years old. He is happily married to his beautiful wife and they have two older sons who have grown into responsible adults. In his spare time, he is a high school basketball official. He likes spending his time with friends, grilling and smoking meats for get-togethers and being on his boat in the summer.

Christina is third generation and started helping out her father when she was 16. Her daughter, son in law and grandson live in Pittsburgh where she likes to visit in her spare time. Christina loves to travel, try different restaurants and listen to music. Take a look at the showroom around Christmas to see all of her beautiful decorating.

Casandra is fourth generation and started helping at a young age with answering phones and filing paperwork. Now she spends her time updating our customers via our website and social media. Casandra likes to spend time with her son and husband, exploring Pittsburgh and taking walks with her dog.

Paula was born and raised in Whitehall NY where she still resides. Paula is married, has three children and five grandchildren. She has 34 years in the insurance industry working for an insurance company for 11 years before working in the agency part for 23 years. She has been with Ross Chevrolet for 5 years now. She loves to vacation at the ocean but her favorite time is spent with her family, especially her grandchildren.

Devin has over 15 years of customer service experience with 9 of those years in automotive sales and finance. Devin believes in a no pressure sales experience. He enjoys getting to know each customer and helping them throughout the whole purchase process, making it easy and enjoyable. Out side of work, Devin enjoys spending time with his wife Aimee and their children Everett and Madelyn. In his free time he is an avid runner, enjoys exerting in fitness and loves being outdoors with his family. Jared is fourth generation and started helping out in the detail department. He enjoyed working in the car industry and has been at Ross Chevrolet for three years now. He likes watching sports routing for the Atlanta Braves and Dallas Cowboys and playing cornhole with friends.

Chuck has 20 years automotive parts and service experience. He enjoys spending time with his family and shooting archery
