Well I'm not sure where to start they were all about making the most money from me and replied parts on a used motor with new instead of asking and or using the ones from my old motor and wanted lots of money for my old motor they put a new intake and new turbo and said mine was bad and never took it off the old motor and said my engine block was cracked and never took it apart to even see if it was instead pushed for a motor change instead of fixing mine when it was just a head gasket problem. I feel like the service tech Chuck was out to make the most money he could instead of working with the customer and helping fix the problem. Not sure if I will be back to a Chevy dealership again wasn't right.

Ross Chevrolet, once again, gave us a remarkable experience including coupon offers for our maintenance services for oil change, tire rotation, checking all vitals of our 2022 Chevy Colorado. Service Manager. Charles Weeden Jr.(Chuck), also, by using the expertise of his service people, including Kyle and Kevin, made our vehicle look and feel, at least 3 to 4 years younger. We had our Colorado detailed by Kevin while it was being serviced. I was almost hesitant to drive the truck home, because both the interior and exterior of the vehicle were beautiful. The work was outstanding!!!
